The expansive College Library is housed in the center of the campus in an exclusive building designed for the purpose. The library comprises separate sections : the Main Library, individual Departmental Libraries (Sciences), the Periodicals and the Text Book Sections. Together, all the sections of our library display a rich collection of approximately 50,000 titles and around 3,500 e-books. The Library has study spaces with a mix of quite individual and group-study areas. The Library provides a book-bank facility too for lending text books to needy & deserving students for a period of one year at a stretch. Internet facility is now available for students inside the library premises itself. Computerization and digitization of Searching/referencing of titles is now been worked upon and the work is expected to be completed in near future.
Anugrah Narayan Singh College, Barh, is an authourised user as a college registered under NLIST programme,and has access for the e-resources (6,000+ ejournals and 31,35,000+ ebooks ).
Library advisory committee
The college has a Library advisory committee. It acts as a link between the library-users and the library staff. The Library Advisory Committee compresses of the following members.

The IIT-Professor Assisted Learning (PAL) video lectures for Class XI and Class XII can be accessed on You Tube through the links shown below. Many faculty members from various IITs have contributed to these lectures. Prof. Ravi Soni from the Dept. of Physics, IIT Delhi is the national coordinator and IIT Delhi has coordinated this entire effort with funding from MHRD. Over 600 hours of lectures in Physics, Chemistry, Maths and Biology are available for students.

e-PG Pathshala is an initiative of the MHRD under its National Mission on Education through ICT (NME-ICT) being executed by the UGC. The content and its quality being the key component of education system, high quality, curriculum-based, interactive e-content in 70 subjects across all disciplines of social sciences, arts, fine arts and humanities, natural & mathematical sciences, linguistics and languages have been developed by the subject experts working in Indian universities and other R & D institutes across the country. Every subject had a team of principal investigator, paper coordinators, content writers, content reviewers, Language editors and multimedia team.
